Le devoir de mémoire à l'école Louis Blanc de Boulogne-sur-Mer
Le mardi 18 mars 2025, le colonel Fallouey, président de la section du Pas-de-Calais de "La Légion d'Honneur", et M. Bernard Seitz, représentant de l'association "Son Histoire, Mes Émotions", sont intervenus dans une classe de CM2. Au programme : la découverte de l'histoire de la Légion d'Honneur, suivie de celle de la libération de Boulogne-sur-Mer en 1944 par l'armée canadienne.
Les élèves ont ainsi pu plonger dans l'histoire de leur ville à travers des discours, des photos et des explications des intervenants. Un moment fort de transmission de mémoire, qui a permis aux jeunes générations de mieux comprendre le rôle historique de Boulogne-sur-Mer. Les élèves ont ensuite posé de nombreuses questions, témoignant ainsi de leur grand intérêt pour cette page d'histoire et pour la Légion d'Honneur.
Le message transmis à cette génération a été clair : il est essentiel de garder vivante la mémoire de notre histoire et de ne jamais l'oublier.

Vendredi 25 mars 2022, escape Game au collège de Godefroy de Bouillon. Une rencontre stupéfiante avec ces jeunes avides d'intérêts, de curiosités, de dynamismes. Une journée très enrichissante.
Pas moins de 50 élèves réparties en 5 groupes ont participé à ce jeu de rôle passionnant pour toutes et tous. Merci pour l'accueil très chaleureux de l'équipe enseignante du collège.

On September 26, 2020, we had the chance to organize on Emilie's initiative and with the active help of the town hall of Marquise and the Jean d'Ormesson socio-cultural center an afternoon both fun and educational in destination of children attending the socio-cultural center and their families.
It was a puzzle treasure hunt:
"An English aviator named Jack, whose plane had been shot down by the Flak, was taken in by the local resistance to allow him to return to England."
But the pitfalls were numerous, the part far from being easily won: civilian clothes, false papers, cards, secret codes ... the little resistance fighters had to manage so that Jack could join his family.
Play, snack, presentation of rewards, interesting discussions with the older children and parents, a day that we are happy to have made.

ABOUT US
Among all our activities, the one that is undoubtedly the most important to us is in the field of educational interventions because it primarily affects the younger generations.
We work in schools, colleges, high schools, with remarks adapted according to levels, ages and programs. Our "visual" is based on the parachutist of the 82nd American airborne, whose soldiers jumped behind the landing beaches, around Sainte Mère Eglise on the night of June 5 to 6, 1944.
The knowledge that the pupils have of these facts, in particular through Hollywood films such as "the longest day" makes it possible to engage in a direct and immediate dialogue with them and very quickly to re-establish other truths that the big spectacle cinema does not. not show. For us, it is a question of "de-idealizing" the idea that all soldiers were heroes and that war is a beautiful thing! ...
Of course the interventions are made after prior meetings with the teachers.
We also intervene in a more fun way within day camps, and during extracurricular activities. (see example of "children of the resistance"). It is thanks to small scenarios which engage young people to become actors of the event themselves that we then lay the foundations of the duty to remember.
